Cruciform Character
In an age when Christians plunder pop psychology and self-esteem bestsellers in order to bring ‘practical’ help to struggling people, we believe that the key to change is found in the Cross. The Cross of Christ is the ground and source of both our salvation and our sanctification, and any pursuit of holiness that isn’t centered in the person and work of Christ is ultimately powerless. The gospel is the “skeleton key” to the human heart, and only it can forge godly character amidst the failures and sufferings that make progressive sanctification a long and arduous pilgrimage.
